This space can also offer an additional space away from the ballroom for events requiring more versatile spaces. Disabled access is provided via the elevator and boasts its own washrooms.

Our purpose built studio offers disabled access and independent entrance. Its low level dimmable lighting, state of the art audio and a full length mirrored wall, is the perfect venue for Yoga, Pilates, Dance rehearsals, ballet or one to one personal training sessions. We can also use this as a bar area for large events.
The boardroom is a purpose-built state of the art meeting room offering the latest in communication technologies. Situated in a private part of the building it has the facilities to host an intimate meeting or conference for 10 delegates. The space also offers private meeting and interview space for local businesses.
